It is so frustrating to see poeple address this problem in ([{their}]) terms. Its is not a problem of what of ([{their}]) dual citizenship is valued first, theb USA Constitution DOES NOT recognize dual citizenship other than the federated and that of the home state. When a foreigner becomes an American citizen its is required to rennounce the past allegiance. And yet people become USA citizens and keep voting on their countries of origin. Anyone with dual allegiance MUST have the USA citizenship revoked be it naturalized or by birth. No legislation required!
