That's the big question mark.
It's a common mistake to see your own side as factionalized while seeing the other side as monolithic. The truth is all sides are factionalized. And there are complex motivations and interaction between these factions. You need to understand these motivations to have any chance of predicting behavior.
I have a hard time seeing through the Mueller/Corsi fog because Mossad is such a unusual and poorly understood creature to me.
