Possibly, DECLAS removes the possibility of Boris Johnson, Amber Rudd, PM May, and pretty much anyone who has been near the Home Office or Foreign Office in the UK for the last four or five years. The old guard would then not have control of the leadership of the UK unless they managed to install Jeremy Corbyn who is controlled through ties to Iran (weapons and drugs and IRA) and is involved in child trafficking in his consituency of London (many child brothels). The other alternative is to install someone from out of nowhere, like an Obama character but that's tough in the UK and at short notice (they have known this is coming for a while now though).
