Perjury Traps and the Mueller Investigation: Stone, Corsi, Flynn, Trump, Who’s Next???
Jerome Corsi and Roger Stone have been all over Fox claiming that they are being strongly pressured by the Mueller investigation to give false testimony against the Trump Campaign.
According to former Federal prosecutor Randall, an example would be when “the prosecutor calls you in to testify not because they've got some legitimate investigative reason to have you testify but simply to try to sort of trick you or trap you into some kind of a lie that they could then charge you with.”

The result is that the person so trapped can be entrapped into saying or doing something they would not otherwise do, due to the fear of long imprisonment and its effects on themselves and their family.

The possibility of such a perjury trap is why Donald Trump was advised by lawyers not to testify in person to the Mueller investigation.

It’s what landed General Mike Flynn in trouble with the Mueller investigation, when he allowed himself to be interviewed by the FBI without his lawyer present.

Paul Manafort too; Hannity talked about this, too, along with the other victims of the Mueller witch hunt: Corsi, Stone, Flynn, Papadopolous:

Because Corsi and Stone are often perceived to be untruthworthy sources for reasons that don’t seem connected to Mueller probe (see Q Drops 2500, 2104, 2091, 1643, 1438), it would be easy to discount what they are telling Fox. But there’s a bigger principle here: the fact that anyone—including General Mike Flynn—can be targeted and entrapped by a corrupt process.
