On the picture to the right with the green exit sign(not in english)..look past the window, a big tree branches…so where ever this picture was taken there is a big tree in front of it near the front left door?
I have a neighborhood that puts out white bag lights in their walkways..I think it might be a Mexican tradition, Called Luminaria. see attached pic.
