Good morning anons.

Examining the photo of the Christmas tree, it appears to be the lobby of a hotel or office building. (pic 1)

Behind the tree are seen two steel rectangular frames surmounted by a green EXIT sign; these are the exterior doors to exit the lobby onto the street (pic 2). Outdoors it looks like there are faint outlines of deciduous tree branches.

The location does not resemble the White House. I vote for a hotel or office building; resembles many fancy hotels that business travelers use.

My GUESS is that the photo is taken through a very heavy/thick vertical piece of glass, and some of the reflections in the foreground are off the glass.

Brings to mind the transparent bulletproof enclosure that we saw POTUS in last evening when lighting the WH outdoor Xmas tree.
