So Congress is working with Mueller?? He lied to Senate on Russia probe and Mueller is charging him?

Mueller and Congress are working together on this, if these reports today are true. Otherwise, the Justice Dept would normally charge if he lied to Congress not Mueller.

The House committees are referring charges to Justice Dept/Huber.
