Listen, yes, geologic change is a true phenomena.

But here is a better theory on, for example, why the Georges Bank (off of New England) was above water and the Upper Valley of the Conneticuit river was below water: the geologic plate tilted down in the East and up in the West at the end of the Pliestocene.

Just conjecture without sauce.
