A Judaism that allows converts makes it a religious faith rather than a heritage/bloodline. A religious faith open to all believers can't really be supremacist.
Note that conservative Israeli Jews, don't like to acknowledge converts as "real" Jews. Interesting that they don't seem to be very accepting of Sephardic (arguably original) Jews either.
