That scene specifically I think i can, at least partially, decipher.
We are the blue child.
The blue child transforms into Shiva and starts her dance of destruction.
>The beginning of the end.
During the dance he/she turns around and when he/she faces the camera again the blue child have transformed into Pepe (Kekhmet).
>The rise of the frogs.
Pepe is trollong around a bit int the water and then turns into Pedobear.
>Pedos are drawn out of hiding.
Pedobear starts being threatening but loses steam pretty quickly and collapsing.
The blue child then jumps into the air, transformed into Thoth (God of wisdom)
>Signifying the newfound knowledge.
Thoth does a backspin losing his mask, and for the first time we see the blue childs true face.
>Humanity will finally see themselves as they are.
