AF1 airborne heading south.
E-4 Nightwatch comms plane heading south over FL will probably support AF1.
E-8 J-STARS recon plane patrolling or loitering south of and on AF1 predicted flight path. This too might support the AF1 flight.
The short zigzag is most probably just caused by the ADSB system lagging & catching up again. Strange zigzags are quite common if they don't catch/reply to every electronic ping.
