Could he be letting us know that Mueller is locked, meaning that he has been flipped and is now a gray hat or that the investigation is locked and will not move forward?

In regards to loaded, could that not be Huber as being loaded and ready to go?

I agree that POTUS has become much more vocal in regards to the plan and the indictments. Certainly we have entered a new phase and there is probably a trigger that will cause the plan to move forward.

In other words, there's no set date, but something or things has to happen in order for indictments to be unsealed.

Huber's testimony is almost certainly one of those trigger events.
