*Mueller failed with Manafort and Corsi deals so this is plan C

*New Cohen info. gives cover for Mueller to spend more time on investigation dragging it into time when Dems control House

*Gives more reason why Congress must protect Mueller because "truth" as they define it is being revealed.

*Now or never because Senate has strong majority next year

*Happened after Trump submits answers to questions possibly creating a discrepancy allowing more force going after Trump

*Need something to grasp onto and show to public before next week hearings

*Real caravan news getting too much coverage and need distraction
