I cannot tell you why, but my gut instinct tells me these are the primary people used and who have benefitted greatly from being in political office. They have made millions off the backs of Americans tax dollars not to mention their other deals in pay for play. These are the top most corrupt members of our Senate.
I put Cohen in there because he is both a weasel and probably was part of the bigger plot.
