More people have gluten intolerance than they know, as well. Monsanto developed "super wheat" that has 26 gm of gluten vs the 13 of natural wheat. Our bodies were not made to handle that much gluten. Causes symptoms similar to Crohns or Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Got those little bumps on the top of your arms near the shoulder? Gluten intolerance. As well, all the nutritional supplements….. almond oil capsules, for example, one capsule the equivalent of 2-3 cups of almonds. What would happen if you ate 3 cups of almonds everyday? Our bodies are not made to handle that much at one time. Our bodies can overdose on pretty much anything. Moderation.
