Probably not. She was on the State Dept dime under HRC, so I'm guessing it was to set up an educational slush fund under the name of Vietnam Education Foundation. Something like $232 million allocated to VN education through HRC's SD.

Noname has a form of cancer with a 2% one year survival rate, which is lower in those over 40. He was diagnosed in July. This tells me that most glioblastoma sufferers would be already in hospice by this time. He's not yet in the "another miracle cure" category, though.

Silent Circle is a firm that has ties to blockchain via Phil Zimmerman. It offers secure android communications, it says. I came across it while researching 'KILL_CHAIN'. I have no idea if it applies to anything, but it is sticking with me for some reason. I have no idea why, but I am often reminded of that research while on infinity chan. I am not psychic, but my intuition has proven to be correct way too many times for me to ignore this stuff. The name "Mike Janke," who is one of the Silent Circle founders, is what really has my antennae humming.

Stupid thing just occurred to me… Maybe UK is something like "University of Kentucky…" Someone show me where Q ruled this out, please. I'd hate to think we understood incorrectly.
