That was easy, Hollande had some shit on the right candidate (Fillon) to eliminate him form the race, then they let muslims attacks happen to be sure peoiple would vote for Le Pen at the first round. So at the second round Macron was obliged to be in front of Le Pen, and so as nobody wanted to elect Le Pen only a few people went to vote for Macron and it was enough. He has been elected with 16%.
