o7 anons!

Replying to above notable about AFM "outbreak."

TL;DR:

Most of these cases are brought on by injections, typically vaccinations. Some by shedding. Don't get your shots, stay clear of those who do.

This "polio-like illness" is coinciding nicely, yet again, with flu shot season. This is no coincidence, as docs realized back in the 50s that you could introduce enteroviruses (polio is one of this class), via intramuscular injections. This type of exposure bypasses a lot of the body's defenses, and results in the virus entering the nervous system, where it infects the brain stem, and results in all sorts of horrible shit.

Sauce for 50's stuff contrasted with today's:

Bear in mind, enteroviruses have slight differences in structure, but similar actions. So the way the CDC keeps the "polio is eradicated" myth going is by defining polio as caused by a specific virus…and then not finding it. Its like saying that since you don't have H1N1 influenza, you don't have flu! Fucking normies buy it too.

So, don't worry. If you don't get your shots, you'll probably be fine. No epidemic, make like the hitchhikers guide, and Don't Panic.

That said, look up vaccine shedding. You can get exposed, though at typically lower risk than injections, to the diseases people just got shots for. If you know people just got vaccinated, you may want to give them their space for a few weeks. They can be vectors.

For all of this, thanks to wifeanon, who spends hours researching. These are only about a quarter of the links she sent when I asked for sauce, kek!
