pwdwp makes a great find, NTP0038 catalogue item for a tree, Canada Red. He concludes there must be a flight from Canada.
I believe he incorrectly assumes a flight originating from Canada. I think it is most likely an area identifier based on who hosts the catalogue, a landscape supply in Urbana, Illinois, which happens to be not too far from Willard Airport in Champaign, Illinois.
