Even going back to 2015, Hyatt held this ceremony on 11/28 (even though my source for this is for Hyatt in Suzhou, which is near Shanghai, it's still Hyatt)

So it seem that Hyatt might do this ceremony on 11/28 every year at their hotels - so it's possible that Q's image was taken yesterday.
Tip: I found these by translating my search terms into Chinese, and then searching that way - might be useful for anons that have any other ideas
