>US government plans background checks on Chinese students over espionage fears

>Reuters said that many of America's top universities are "regularly sharing strategies to thwart" plans by the Trump administration to make it more difficult for the Chinese nationals to study in the US.

>worried that they may be losing up to $14 billion in tuition and other fees spent by Chinese students

Maybe the University administrators will worry more about losing Federal funding and maybe even getting more Fed scrutiny into the various donations that they receive…

>(What was the average life expentancy back then? Nevermind, you'll make up some moar BS answer for that)

If nomadic pastoral societies or modern hunter gatherer societies have anything to say stat wise is that if you didn't die by 5 and you didn't die by 20 then chances are you will live till 70 - 80.

Constantly physically moving and exercizing and having a sparse yet occasionally very filling diet does wonders.

What's on the public record is heavily redacted, as much to hide the Brits' gross embarrassment about the extent of its network compromise as it is on grounds of national security, by the Chinese devices & company.

Now that's what I call IRONIC!
