Did not mean to give the impression that I was a lawfag. I do study a lot of contract law and have limited knowledge about things.

My perspective is that the BAR needs to be eliminated and that our courts are corrupt and are EQUITY COURTS. So, not even Article 3 compliant as far as I can tell

That said, a common law grand jury would be hard to enforce, because you would just be painted as a right wing nut. Like a Sovereign Citizen or some other KOOK. They would just steam roll you and ruin your life.

I guess it comes down to having some faith in the judiciary and filing a class action suit. You could even do it as an individual, if you can prove standing. So, you would have to demonstrate some actual harm done to YOU, personally

I actually tried this argument for a speeding ticket. My statement was that the my right to travel unmolested was infringed.

Theirs was that the representatives elected were entrusted with creating rules for society and there was no reason I should be exempt.

This was in the context of my claiming that the legislation was unconstitutional and and was, therefore, null and void. Also, that those, who swore an oath to uphold the Constitution were in violation, by not refusing to uphold it.

The problem was their presumption of jurisdiction. Once you appear in their court, they assume you subscribe to the rules of THEIR society. So, any argument that

They were hearing none of it.

After re-reading your post, I think I went on a tangent. LOL

I suppose you could have standing in that manner and I do not know how it would go over. Maybe a REAL lawfag can help

I think I am too tired to be sharing my brain.

GN, Frens!
