Q 2503 is the Christmas tree picture poste 11/29 5:49am (EST).

Various Anons research have verified Hyatt Regency Chongqing Hotel, in the hotel lobby.

A different Christmas tree in 2017 showed the same lobby and lighting ceremony was Nov 28 (4 weeks before Christmas).

The reception desk would be to the left of the Christmas tree.

The corridor to the lobby in the foreground is highly polished stone tile on the walls and floors giving a mirror effect.

The ceiling is a metallic disc decoration (as seen more clearly in other hotel photos) giving the odd relection of the top of the Christmas tree.

Normally a large red sculture like two flames sits next the reception desk where the Christmas tree is postioned.

A pic with a woman and red sculpture indicates the blinds are closed in that particular pic.

The red sculpture may have been moved to the opposite lobby for Christmas and account for the red tint on the polished walls on either side of the corridor.

I'm uncertain if their are two similar lobbies (reception and lounge with the corridor in between) or if the statue was moved.

A picture of the reception lobby and red sculpture show a building outside that appears like a owl due to dusk and rain.

Q recently obtained a picture of the hotel's 2018 Christmas tree as indicated by "6X-382-NTP0038-3u2 We know. Q"

Anons noted Hyatt Regency Chongqing initials are HRC and may indicate reference to crimes committed by HRC and associates.

GM China is also located in Chongqing; since GM plant closures and tariffs on China are in the news, is this relevent?

GM notes tariffs have caused a $400million loss in China for 2018.

GM China Executive Vice President is Mike Devereaux who headed GM-Holden in Australia 2010-2014 and oversaw plans for closing GM's Australian manufacturing in 2017. (Hypothetical) Could GM China have held a meeting at the Hyatt Regency with North America GM to discuss tactics to close some US and Canada plants? (or could be an actual coincidence)

Many posts and pics on the prior breads since Q 2503 was posted; anons can research for sauce.

In the Manual for Military Commissions Rules 301-307 and Rule 601 provide the best clarification. A military commission must first be established. Then the military judges have authority to review cases, issue indictments and arrest warrants. The defendent can be held in detentention and pre-trial motions and hearings be conducted. The EO amended the rules so that civilians can be prosecuted for acts of treason. Any military commission seated before Jan 1, 2019 would have to follow the existing rules and regulations.

The Federal Register provides the EO 13825 and the amended Manual for Military Commissions and amended UCMJ. Rules 301-307 are FR pages 9918-9927. (long pdf file 465 pages)

Anons have discussed

  1. The murder of Neil Heywood in 2011 in Chongqing and associated with HRC,

  1. May have ties to Feinstein

Think the Chongqing plant was 2015 from the >>4083590 article. Reseached the Exec VP Devereaux and no mention of new plants. GM China has reported a 400mil loss for 2018. Devereaux headed GM-Holden when GM decided to close Holden in Australia.
