We all JUDGE/MAKE JUDGEMENTS all the time about people, places and things - just as you have done. There are two ways that the verb "to judge" can be used: to judge/discern, to judge/condemn. It is the hallmark of intellectual deficiency to confuse the two as you have attempted to do - admittedly somewhat pathetically.

Of course it is - if it were not you'd probably be a learning defective. You made judgements throughout your post. It's just that you'be been brainwashed into believing that judgement is a bad word. Judgement means to discern as well as to condemn. Learn and apply the different meanings and stop being so dumb. Good judgement is a good character trait. Judge away - it matters that you do.
