Concerning diet. I was diagnosed with congenital type 2 diabetes in 1999. Docs tried to put me on insulin and orals. I hate needles and refuse to put man made meds in my body. I turned to prepared meals. Portion control. I control my blood sugar with diet and moderate exercise. Blood sugar normal. Even though I do smoke cigs and pot everyday, my heart is perfect, my blood work is perfect, my weight is perfect. My doctor stays amazed. I’m mid 50’s. I look at people I went to school with and they all look 20 years older. Food is fuel. If you eat a Spartan diet 95% of the time, you can splurge 5% of the time. Portion control and eating roughly the same time everyday is the key. It’s also a lot less expensive and much less waste than normal diet, and you are never hungry. ✌️ Anons. KEEP DIGGING!!!
