I wouldn't try to make everything conductive. Some things are supposed to be insulators. A circuit needs both. Don't short your body out.
Not that I think what you propose would do that, but that the general idea isn't good.
Well I use the site. Usually I go to qcodefag to see what's new and lately that's taken a while to digest. Then I come over here to see what's being said about it.
If you want to know how many are using it, run some sort of poll I guess. But even that will vastly underestimate. google may have some light spying tools you could use (IP addresses of people coming to the site, for example.)
