Main celebrations are tomorrow night in Trafalgar Square with fireworks. They will probably cordon it off pretty heavily tomorrow though so it could be today.

China Town itself is pedestrianized so I don't think it will be there. Roads around Trafalgar Square most likely. Especially, the roundabout in front of it.
