Was the testimony announcement a RESPONSE to the raid?
The raid occurred without the schedule being set in Congress, therefore the FBI/DOJ operatives were triggered by something else. LL/JC announcement?
Just spit-balling, but the immediate assumption is that this is about Huber, but the timeline doesn't seem to bear that out.
