Also, “the plan” is fluid, it has to be. The geopolitical stage is something that must be considered. We do not live in a bubble and we can’t fully predict what will happen in the world, even though we have the ability to “see” enemies domestically and can counter their moves with foreknowledge, that can’t be done necessarily on a global scale.
