POTUS did declassify, however he forwarded the declassified documents to one of the intel dept to insure the declassification does not hinder Huber's pending prosecution cases and double check sources & methods are protected. POTUS is not the hang up, its the intel/Huber/IG who are still reviewing thousands of pages to insure the fruits of the crimes committed are preserved (one slip up is all it takes to unravel a criminal case)?

Thank you Anon! Sept 17th, DECLAS was a done deal as far as POTUS is concerned. All of the ire since then has been misdirected. I just ignore it.
