Teacher Forces Entire Class to Relocate to Get Away from ‘A**hole’ Student Wearing a MAGA Hat

A high school teacher forced his class to relocate after a student refused to take off his Make America Great Again hat, according to a video posted by Frank Sharp.

The altercation started after a teacher asked the student to remove his hat due to a dress code rule banning hats. The student countered, claiming that the rule is never enforced. He accused the teacher of targeting him because of the political nature of the red MAGA hat and its ties to President Donald Trump.

From there, the conversation became very heated.

There will probably be a 'No Hats' policy at the school later.

More importantly though, that kid's civil rights were violated.

It demonstrated that the teacher wasn't there to provide a platform for the free exchange of ideas…to educate. He was there to indoctrinate, using public-shaming, much in the same way Communist countries do. (I went to school in a communist country for a couple of years - They do public shaming a lot, look at China's 'Social Credit Score' for example.)

The kid had a valid perspective, but got called a "racist" and an "asshole" for it. 50% of the US voted for Trump, the kid has a right to wear a hat that never even mentioned a candidate, a valid political view. He just ran into a subversive teacher.

If the kid gets a good lawyer, he will sue the school district, and the teacher personally. The teacher will need his Teacher's Union lawyers. With that much evidence the Union will probably move to shitcan the guy.

The teacher should have saved his personal politics for a different forum, but decided to be an asshole himself. Growing up is hard.
