So when Q asked months ago "is the stage set", the answer was undoubtedly no because POTUS did not yet have a SC lock nor a Senate lock (51 majority with 3 RHINOS).

Now the stage is set for DECLAS. As a reminder, arrests WILL NOT start happening on mass scale until DOJ and FBI is finished being cleaned up. DELCAS is required for DOJ and FBI to be cleaned up because the corruption will be made known. Then the EO amending military tribunals goes into effect Jan 1st 2019.

So, I believe the order of events will be

DECLAS

Firing/removal of remaining bad actors at top of DOJ FBI

Restructuring/appointments to top positions of DOJ/FBI

Unsealing of indictments

Arrests

Military tribunals/GITMO
