Fort Lee Army Base just south of Richmond, VA announced that residents nearby may start hearing more gun fire and pyrotechnics at night starting December 3rd. This training has always been limited to daylight previously.
Special night training starting just days before D5. Not sure how releavent this is but it cought my attention especially since the area that this training takes place at also has a Federal Prison across the road from it.
