Arrests and terminations are only temporary
Those people will return and/or start new companies
For every one corrupt official/corporate head arrested or terminated, there will be 10 more to takes their place.
The head of the beast must be severed and the money that allows their existence aka the system, must be taken down.
Until then it's all cosmetic
