Opposition psychology. Opposition causes certain personalities, like the ones who frequent this board to become entrenched in their opinions, especially when the opposition is apparently irrational.
This is why Q and POTUS employ shills and the media to attack them.
The media, or at least the higher ups, don't actually hate Q or POTUS, they just want you to think that they do, so that you become entrenched, and defend him at all costs.
