Gov. Scott suspends Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes, appoints a replacement

According to Gov. Scott's office, the governor has appointed Peter Antonacci to serve as a replacement for Broward County.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Florida Gov. Rick Scott issued an Executive Order to immediately suspend Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes Friday for "misfeasance, incompetence, and neglect of duty."
