>DOES IT FLUSH METALS FROM THE BODY? Sauce?

Yes, but it does even more. It provides two important nutrients, magnesium and sulfate, and the best way to use it is by soaking in a warm bath with at least one cup plain Epson salt for 10-15 mins without any soaps shampoos or essential oils and the magnesium sulfate will be absorbed thru the skin.

The magnesium acts to clam nerves and can be useful to relax. 70% of Americans do not get enough daily magnesium (refined foods are deficient) and we consume relatively too much calcium, which leads to metabolic syndrome (Russians pioneered this research) and in older folks, osteoporosis. You also need magnesium for too many reasons to mention here, but particularly for Vitamin D3 to work properly.

Sulfate is used by the body for sulfation and elimination of toxins as well to make glutathione, a very important detoxification and anti-inflammatory signalling molecule. Depletion of glutathione in the liver is the number one cause of liver failure usually due to overdose or prolonged use of acetaminophen (another Big Pharma creation that should NOT be on the market, period). Acetaminophen combined with opiates (think Vicodin 5/300, etc.) further depletes glutathione because stimulation of opiate receptors turns off the EAAT3 transporter throughout the body preventing cysteine (important sulfur containing amino acid) transport into cells as a precursor for glutathione production (How did Prince really die?).

The reason why N-acetyl-cysteine is the first line treatment to reverse liver toxicity in the emergency room is because the acetyl group allows diffusion across cell membrane without the need of the transporter. Opiate addiction and the hypersensitivity to pain upon withdrawal of opiates is due in large part to being trapped in a state of chronic glutathione deficiency.

Back to Epson salt. Ever wonder why old people used to migrate to Florida in the winter months? My theory… The first tourist resort in Tampa Florida (1920's) was beside a natural sulfur springs off Nebraska Ave. People used to come down to soak and swim in the sulfur springs, absorb magnesium sulfate, produce some vitamin D3 from the sunshine, and return home relieved of aches and pains for 6 months. Today, the resort is long gone, the sulfur springs are behind a fence to prevent the public from entering. The city did build a public swimming pool there, but you are not going to get the same benefits. We have lost so much knowledge and history…Fortunately, we can still learn our history and Epson salt is still very cheap and widely available!

The Age of Treason

In 1958, Dr. Clymer introduces readers with a stark warning for the future, writing,

“Imagine yourself if you can, becoming conscious that you are gradually losing your manhood; that your mind is rapidly deteriorating so that you are no longer capable of thinking clearly; unable to plan your future actions. Your resistance is becoming so weakened that you are no longer master of yourself. In short, you are rapidly developing into a moron, a robot, a zombie, readily subject to the dictates of others…”
