Has anyone ordered anything through Amazon lately and didn't receive their package?

I recently bought an Oakley hat from Oakley and shipped through Amazon(I know, save lashes for later) but it never showed up. Called and they said it was delivered on Sat(people were here) moar than once so it got sent back.

I call BS. People were home all day, no mail.
