Can WE bring a class action or other legal mechanism to circumvent the corrupt bureaucracy and hold these politicians that have committed felonies accountable?

Can you recommend a legal mechanism/course of action that We The People can engage to bring some of these corrupt politicians to account? such as a class action law suit, common law grand jury or other. Point is felonies were committed and the evidence is in the public domain yet these criminals are not brought to account because of politics or other. Can WE circumvent like a citizens arrest on super steroids. TY
