I would certainly hope it can be done quickly.
My guess is the (mostly) idiotic citizens of Houston will hear nothing of it, however.
My uncle was murdered in the 80s by GHWB's goons after he (in good faith, and naivete) reported on the money laundering activities of Poppy's associates in the Iran-Contra scandal. Uncle was working at a bank and didn't know the whole story, but knew the money was ill-gotten, so he did his duty and informed the FBI… got tied up and shot in a vacant home as a reward.
May Poppy burn and rot in hell.
