It seems to have been upgraded to a 4.9 (I thought it was 4.6?)
Similar size to today's U.K./Wales England Earthquake
Also shallow depth. 10 km is shallow/more damaging for an Earthquake. Deep Earthquakes 200 km is the beginning of "deep."

Update : The Pohang Fire department has received 119 calls for help so far. 2 people have bee, hospitalized
Update : Although below M5, we consider this earthquake dangerous for damage due to the shallow depth.
Update : Based on the present earthquake parameters (Magnitude, Depth, Population, etc) and our experience with earthquake damage impact, earthquake-report.com does expect at least some slight damage like cracks in walls, fallen tiles, etc.
