Yup known that since 1990… sons school did a special board after parents complaints, was on that board, we found the gov of Virginia was skimming millions from fed $ from the school system, feds provide $169 per norm child in school budget, for every special needs child they receive $400…. the gov shredded all our info after the office was raided in the middle of the night. He was never made to answer for his crimes. I moved from there shortly after…disheartened…

Actually there was a mind study done some years ago about visualization… that if a person visualize something changed about them daily for several months the brain would actually start changing that person to match the image… just a side note….
