This is nothing new. It's officially termed 'Defense Support to Civil Authorities (DSCA)' and pronounced 'dis-ka'. Fairly standard.
You're correct anon. I found something last year re: this subject well before Q started dropping. I think it was around late summer. I had all the links but lost them due to pc crash.
It had something to do with there being two United States. One US being a corporation and the other being under Constitutional control. There were concentric circles and somehow you can operate under the Constitution then the corporate US has no power.
I'm going from memory so don't hold me to it. I've been meaning to go back and research to find it again but Q drops and work are taking up most of my time now.
