Doing a little digging we can see the domain was just purchased after the initial twitter post, as seen within the 'whois' dig. From there we can see that the company who registered it was "Pixel Riot".

The founder is Jason Velazquez, who's profile can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/jason.velazquez

As we can see in the photos Jason Velazquez is a Team Abrams, aka - Stacey Abrams, supporter in Ga and apparently voted for here (cannot say for certain but the image speaks for itself).
This is obviously a troll by a person who is not a patriot.
