Let me introduce you to Rear Admiral (Upper Half) Mark “Sloppy Fat Fuck” Montgomery (USN, Ret). Mark “I spent 32 years sailing the seven seas and nailing the Thai teens” Montgomery recently received a letter of censure for his involvement in the Fat Leonard scandal.

The Fat Leonard scandal involved Navy and Marine officers committing treason by trading classified fleet movements to a foreign national in exchange for getting their dicks wet (Thai Seal Team Six); tickets to Lady Gaga concerts; and dinner. The WAPO, a Jeff Bezos webzine, keeps a good running tally of the players.

Here’s the problem: Mark “I use a stick to find my dick” Montgomery is not on the list.

Mark “I love my naval semen” Montgomery first committed treason in 2007. By the time he retired from the Navy in 2017, he was the J3/Director of Operations for what was then USPACOM (now USINDOPACOM). Essentially, Mark “tis the season for some treason” Montgomery had open access to TS Compartmentalized sea/air/land OPLANs for the United States most sensitive combatant command (Russia, China, Best Korea, Transnational terrorists, and human/drug trafficking). Mark “I grab my thighs and open wide” Montgomery has been thoroughly penetrated by foreign actors some ten years at this point.

Ok, here’s where it gets gud.

At Mark “if my dick is burning to the Corpsman I’m returning” Montgomery’s retirement, he stated that he wanted to spend more times with his kids and work in national security policy, but mostly work in national security policy. His retirement ceremony is in August of 2017.

In October of 2017, Senator McCain hires him to the number three Professional Staff Member (PSM) on Senate Armed Services Committee (SASC).

Ctrl F McCain. Link to pdf: https://www.foreign.senate.gov/download/montgomery-testimony-092518

In this position, Mr. Mark “I would have gotten away with it, if it wasn’t for this benis drip” Montgomery has his sticky proboscis in cybersecurity, electronic warfare, global a force posturing/basing, military and National Defense strategy. You know, shit foreign actors might have a passing interest in.

He was even nominated for a key position in USAID. He’s been fired and his nomination withdrawn. Problem solved?

OPINION:

No. Fat Leonard is not a scandal; it’s really a network. And for over ten years, the participants have been covering their asses and promoting each other. With nine navy Admirals (now ten) implicated, how many of these folks—committed traitors—have transitioned into policy positions within the US gubmint? How many are unknown? How many are setting policy?

PSMs are powerful. Bonus round—James A Wolfe: https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/public-safety/james-a-wolfe-former-senate-intelligence-aide-pleads-guilty-to-lying-to-fbi-about-contact-with-reporter/2018/10/15/7d0b4abe-cd84-11e8-a360-85875bac0b1f_story.html?utm_term=.28925a9e1990

Here’s what you probably already know. The National Defense Authorization Acts don’t appropriate money; they set policy. And at 1500 to 2000 pages, they also conceal bombs. Policy bombs that were meant to start detonating in the 2020s.

Here’s another thing. The DoD consists of the combatant commands, the military departments and the office of the secretary of defense/agencies. Every dollar that goes to OSD/Agencies/contractors is a dollar not spent on defense. DoD doesn’t need another dollar until it fixes its OSD problem.
