I took a look at the airport at Chongqing in google maps. Runway 3 in the bottom right looks like a possible.

There's a mountain range to the east, and the airport is raised in elevation.

Q's pic is just cut off enough that we can't see the berm in the center island or the runway number.

The plane itself is 129 ft and change.

I think it can fit, though a better autist than I can scale it, I think.

Tried eyeballing a line on the angle the photo was taken with the runway stripes towards the background of the plane, and I think it lines up with the range. Could use a second opinion.
