Q has clearly stated that these people will be tried via military tribunals. When dealing with national security and treason, via military tribunals, the evidentiary standards are different. Besides, once something is denied by the alleged perpetrator even in regular court, non-admissible evidence can be used for the purpose of "impeaching" false testimony! That's how it comes in! Stick to what you know, because you don't know the law!
