I know that someone else posted and I posted about GHWB mentioning a New World Order in his September 11, 1990 speech, eleven years before 9/11. I seemed to recall him mentioning the NWO on more than one occasion. It turns out he mentioned it in a speech (I believe the State of the Union Address), before Congress on September 11, 1991, which was ten years to the day before 9/11.

The neo-conservative think tank the Project for a New American Century, was already discussing the need for an event to galvanize the American people into supporting war in the Middle East. In fact their discussions calling for a Pearl Harbor type of event, actually discussed flying planes into buildings as a FF pretext for going to war, ala 9/11.
