audio engineering anon here can confirm that. I cannot confirm the vocal formant is jfk jr. but Joe M (Q Plan to save the world) = Todd Bergunn without a single doubt in my mind. Joe M is using a phaser audio processor to distort the phase but the partials are still a dead match.
