After some thought –

I wondered if maybe it was just so –

that President Trump is genuinely trying to rebuild

the "old American standard"

of giving respect to a President and former President

no matter what we feel about it.

Also, GWBush the son, has been gracious to President Trump

when he did not have to be.

Make America Great Again

is about renewing our institutions - making it all better

learning about our heritage and respecting those who built a nation

remembering what it is that makes a nation great

I see people doing this all the time.

We are teaching ourselves to once again - be a good and free nation

it seems very likely GHWBush was the godfather

and likely his family knows this well

but it is his family that lives now

who had nothing to do with the crimes of their forebearers
